El lunes 7 de octubre de 2013, la Ministro para Asuntos Federales, Europa y Medios del Land de Renania del Norte-Westfalia Sra. Schwall-Düren, acompañada por los funcionarios Dr. Deniz Alkan (asesor personal) y Dimitria Clayton (responsable de Relaciones Internacionales) visitaron el Centro Internacional UNESCO-UNEVOC en Bonn/Alemania. Formaron parte de la delegación el Dr. Jakob Rhyners, Vicerector de la Universidad de las Naciones Unidas (UNU), el Dr. Martin Frick, Embajador del Ministerio de Exteriores y la Sra. Johmann (UNU). La reunión se llevó a cabo con el fin de facilitar un intercambio de información sobre la labor de la UNO en Bonn y sobre las actuales políticas de apoyo a los organismos internacionales en el Land de Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
