The UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Bonn is currently looking for an intern to assist the knowledge management team. The main responsibilities will be to support the development of content for TVETipedia, the promising practices database as well the World TVET Database. The intern shall also provide general support on the other Knowledge Management and Development services.
TVETipedia, the Promising Practices database and the World TVET database aim to inform and further the global debate on technical and vocational education and training (TVET). TVETipedia is an online glossary that contains more than 600 terms and 1000 definitions from 100 sources.The Promising Practices database showcases projects that deploy innovative strategies to overcome local issues, thus improving access and quality of TVET. The World TVET Database consists of a set of country profiles, containing key descriptive information about the TVET system of a specific country.
