A major seminar on social partnership in TVET took place in Almaty on 9 and 10 September 2002, organised jointly by the European Training Foundation (ETF), the UNESCO Office Almaty, the UNEVOC Centre in Kazakhstan and the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for TVET.
