Compliance audit

An external assessment administered by state and territory registering and course accrediting bodies to determine whether a registered training organisation is operating effectively within its scope of registration. May also be referred to as compliance assessment.

  • refers to a process to check compliance of whether a training institution is continuously complying with minimum requirements the UTPRAS) requirements and standards prescribed by TESDA on program registration under the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (TESDA Circular No. 107, s. 2021)
  • refers to a systematic and documented process for obtaining evidence to determine whether the implementation of PTCACS is compliant with quality standards. (TESDA Circular No. 134, s. 2019)
