Tosin Awolola

Intern

Tosin Awolola is working as an intern for UNESCO-UNEVOC’s Greening TVET activities, with a focus on the Africa region.

Tosin is currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in International Technical and Vocational Education (ITVET) at the University of Magdeburg, Germany. The Master’s programme is oriented towards TVET practice, and focuses on the development and design of vocational education processes. The programme provides a deep insight in specialized didactics, curriculum and media development, TVET management and evaluation.

Tosin has past experience working as a building service engineer, where he developed an interest in greening buildings. Tosin completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His interests include in technical education, renewable energy, and promoting green jobs in developing countries.
