As an implement of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Husain's visions for the development of human resources through training programs concerned with technical and vocational training, the National Center for Training and Rehabilitation of Trainers was established as one of Al-Balqa Applied University’s centers. It is concerned with training and qualifying trainers for the public and private sectors in the academic, applied, and professional fields. The institute hopes to play a role in developing competencies and human capacity building for the community by elevating the performance of trainers and qualifying new trainers to cope with recent developments in science and management. The institute is concerned with training trainers on local, pan-Arab, and international bases based on the notion of qualifying competencies that can face challenges, be they technological, technical, economic, or administrative, and fast-growing knowledge. Well equipped with the latest appliances, the institute will be able to fulfill its mission to the fullest. It is proud for the institute to help effect change in various fields that concern fellow engineers, officers, and professionals.
