Planning, managing, implementing government policies on Techninal and Vocational Education and Training including curriculum development, delivery and evaluation. The department is responsible for the developemnt and delivery of fulltime college based programmes as well as for theory based blocks for apprenticeship training. The department is also responsible for procurement of equipment and facilities.
