Constructive Analysis

Constructive Analysis model that clarifies the mutual relationships between work situations and training situations. This method makes no separation between building the competence and the standard on one hand and implementing a training strategy on the other. Competence depends not only on the market function but also on the workers, their objectives and capacities.
