Wiki Training

Most "wiki" platforms share the same syntax, which consists of some easy-to-learn standard elements. Wiki is thus ideal for collaborative development of content. The most commonly used wiki platform is "Mediawiki", which powers Wikipedia, the vastly successful online encyclopedia. The TVETipedia wiki syntax is compliant to Mediawiki. It is thus very easy to copy content from one platform to the other.

WikiEducator hosts free online training workshops a least every month and may well be the world's largest attempt to develop wiki skills for education.
