I am having 23 years research and teaching experience in Open, Distance and Vocational education system. My area of interest is researching blending learning approach of skill based training programme. I had published research papers (n=25) in national and international journals. I am actively involved in designing and developing skill based programme through distance learning. I am also involved in research and development activities in VET system. At present, I am also Executive Editor of e- Journal of Educational Technology, EduTech (http://www.edutech.net.in/Editors.htm).
