1 e-Forum Help and FAQ1.1 Answering e-Forum messages [Edit]The easiest way to reply to an e-Forum posting is by using your mail client: Just click reply and write your message. Make sure it is sent to unevoc.e-Forum(at)unesco.org 1.2 I sent a message, but it was not disseminated [Edit]Make sure your message was sent to unevoc.e-Forum(at)unesco.org 1.3 I do not receive messages [Edit]In some cases we have noticed that receiving servers classify e-Forum messages as spam. We try to contact you in such cases, but if our mail does not get through we have to unsubscribe you. Either use a different mail address (e.g. private) or use the online interface instead. 1.4 I unsubscribed, but I still receive messages [Edit]If that is the case, please send an email to e-lists(at)unevoc.unesco.org 1.5 Temporary unsubscription [Edit]You are going on leave and would like to unsubscribe temporarily? Please drop us a note at e-lists(at)unevoc.unesco.org 1.6 I am getting too many messages. How can I monitor the e-Forum without being subscribed to the list? [Edit]An e-Forum rss feed is available at http://www.unevoc.unesco.org/unevoc_forum.xml. You will see only the titles of new threads. To read the actual messages, you will have to log in using your UNEVOC Account, which will remain functional even after unsubscribing from the list. For more information about rss feeds, see http://www.whatisrss.com 1.7 Is there a way to subscribe to e-Forum Digests? [Edit]No, we do not offer such an option. There is, however, an e-Forum rss feed at http://www.unevoc.unesco.org/unevoc_forum.xml, allowing you to monitor the titles of new threads. To read the actual messages, you will have to log in using your UNEVOC Account, which will remain functional even after unsubscribing from the list. 1.8 I would like to have e-Forum messages translated [Edit]If you wish to read the e-Forum in alternative languages, you can use the automatic translation feature in the online message interface (after logging in). By clicking on one of the flags at the top, you can have the message translated into any of the 5 UN languages besides English: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. Due to the questionable quality of automatic translations, this may or may not help in understanding the message. 1.9 Support and Feedback [Edit]Please address your questions and any other feedback directly to the e-Forum list managers at e-lists(at)unevoc.unesco.org
