On 17 April 2013 UNESCO-UNEVOC organized a Consultation Workshop on the Regional Plan of Action 2013 for Europe in Bonn, Germany. Cluster Coordinators and representatives from UNEVOC Centres in Germany, Norway and the Russian Federation gathered in Bonn to share their recent progress and activities since the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Forum held from 14 to 16 November 2012, and to finalize the Europe regional plan of action for 2013.
The participants discussed what steps should be taken to further strengthen the UNEVOC Network in the Europe region. Cluster Coordinators were asked to discuss regional priorities and challenges. During the workshop, participants agreed on the key themes to address this year, namely
