Asistente a la Dirección
Josiane Blanc-Mannheim es la Asistente a la Dirección. Llegó a UNESCO-UNEVOC en noviembre de 2000, cuando todavía el Centro se hallaba en su fase inicial. Josiane cuenta con una vasta experiencia internacional de trabajo en compañías francesas y alemanas y en la embajada de un país africano en Alemania. De lengua materna y nacionalidad francesas, tiene una doble cualificación, en turismo e idioma alemán.
