En este contexto y junto con el Sr. Sayadaly Maudarbocus, Director Ejecutivo del MITD, la Sra. Kenneth Barrientos, Responsable de Programa en UNESCO-UNEVOC, expuso los planes conceptuales y el progreso de las actividades previstas. UNESCO-UNEVOC y el MITD dirigirán asimismo un próximo debate digital cuyos objetivos son implicar previamente a los participantes en temas del seminario, difundir informaciones sobre aplicación del GAP y recopilar opiniones y proyectos de colaboración.
Asistieron al seminario más de 50 organismos gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, comisiones nacionales de la UNESCO, agencias de Naciones Unidas y entidades académicas.
